Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Women; age 60 to 75 years; reside in the state of Rondônia; attend a senior center; do not smoke; non\-cardiac patients; non\-diabetic; untreated hypertension; and who agreed to participate in the study by signing the Free and Informed Consent Form
Exclusion Criteria
- •Participants who are unable to perform the tests; do not attend intervention sessions; voluntarily gave up completing the protocol; have a respiratory rate lower than 7 rpm during assessment
