•1. Age between 16 and 40 years.
•2. Participants of either sex.
•3. Patients having no history of tooth extraction/ exfoliation.
•4. No filling for wisdom teeth or the second molar been undertaken before the study.
•5. Providing with written informed consent voluntarily to participate in the study

•1. Incomplete root formation of the third molar
•2. Craniofacial anomalies such as achondroplasia, progeria, oxycephaly, cleidocranial dysostosis
•3. Down syndrome
•4. Previous trauma or pathology
•5. Pregnancy, puerperium, lactation
•6. Vulnerable population – unconscious, non-ambulatory, too sick for consultation, differently abled, terminally or critically ill patients, mentally incompetent people
•7. Diagnosed cases of unstable mental or psychiatric illness or other uncontrolled or life-threatening illness affecting quality of life or any organ failure.
•8. Self-reported immune-compromised state
•9. Substance abuse and/or dependence
•10. Already undergoing homeopathic treatment for chronic disease within last 3 months
•11. Simultaneous participation in any other clinical trial
