1. Patients who will be discharged from an emergency department of a teaching hospital after a suicide attempt
2. Aged above 18 years old, both men and women
3. Agree to provide written inform consent

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patients who are too ill to be interviewed
2. Patients who have immediate and severe suicide risk
