Inclusion Criteria
Mixed dentition; 6 to 8 years of age; both genders; presence of permanent first molars and central incisors in the dental arches; overbite of -1millimeter or less; absent or mild dental crowding; absence of posterior crossbite; history of at least one deleterious habit
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with history of previous orthodontic treatment; presence of dental or supernumerary agenesis; loss of permanent teeth; presence of craniofacial anomalies and associated syndromes or any other type of systemic or neurological alteration that would make it impossible to perform the procedures of intervention
