1.Patient with the age range of 35 -60 years of either sexes.
2.Patients with Chronic periodontitis having probing depth (PD) >= 6mm and clinical attachment loss (CAL) >= 4mm around two or more teeth, in two or more sextants.
3.Patients with minimum of 20 teeth.
1.Patients with aggressive periodontitis.
2.Patients who received any surgical/non â?? surgical periodontal therapy in the preceding
3 months.
3.Patient who have used antibiotics, anti-inflammatory agents ,mouth rinses and topical gels in last 3 months.
4.Patient with habits like of Smoking or Tobacco chewing or Alcohol consumption.
5.Patients with an uncontrolled Diabetes, Hypertension and Immunocompromised patients.
6.Pregnant or lactating mothers.
7.Patients on anticoagulant therapy.
8.Patients who were non-compliant.
