Primary Endodontic infections are caused by microbial infection of the pulp and periapical tissues. Complete healing of the disease depends upon the elimination of micro-organism and their byproducts from the root canal system. Due to canal complexities, it is difficult to eradicate the infection through instrumentation once. Irrigation plays a vital role in disinfection of the root canal system. the irritant activation using various techniques have shown to improve irritant penetration and efficacy in several in vitro studies. This randomised controlled trial will be undertaken to evaluate the antimicrobial efficacy of two different activation techniques on microbial reduction in primary Endodontic infections.

入选标准
- •Patients with non contributory history Permanent teeth without previous restoration Teeth with necrotic or infected pulp as diagnosed clinically and radiographically Teeth having adequate coronal structure for proper isolation, temporisation and restoration.
排除标准
- •Patients on antibiotic therapy in last three months Pregnant Women periodical abscess Pretreatment cases calcified canals sinus opening immature apex internal and external resorption periodontal pockets greater than 5 mm.
