Inclusion Criteria

Primary or secondary lymphedema of the lower extremity (stage I-III)
- Previous conservative therapy for at least 6 months without success

Exclusion Criteria

- Epilepsy (due to the flash of the 3D scanner)
- Rejection by the patient

Primary Outcome Measures

Detection of the long-term change in volume of the leg after lymphovenous anastomosis using 3D volumetry. Measurements are taken preoperatively, 2 days, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months postoperatively.
