Patients above 16 years who present to our department with diagnosis of Oriental Cholangiohepatitis are included in study
Exclusion Criteria
Patients below age 15
Choledocholithiasis
Established secondary biliary cirrhosis at presentation.
Patients with Child score B and Child score C
