入选标准
- •Inpatients 65 years of age or older who have given consent to participate in studyand who meet the diagnosis of insomnia.
排除标准
- •Physically critical patients
- •Patients with terminal condisitons
- •Hypersensitivity to the components of orexin recepter antagonist
- •Patients with narcolepsy or catalepsy
- •Severe hepatic dysfunction,renal dysfunction, respiratory dysfunction
- •Patients who have difficulty obtain consent to participate in reserch due to cognitive decline
- •Patients receiving orexin receptor antagonist and patients with a history of orexin receptor antagonist administration
