Inclusion Criteria

Undergoing cardiac surgery via sternotomy .

• Patients belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA): grade II and III .

• Weight between 40-65 kg .

Exclusion Criteria

Patients not willing to participate in the study. • H/O allergic reactions to local anesthetics. • Patients on anticoagulant therapy and H/O coagulation disorders. • Local infection at the proposed site of puncture for Erector Spinae Plane block.
