Inclusion Criteria
Having written consent to participate in the study
Failure to participate in a similar training program
Teenage girl in the age range of 13-16 years
No history of mental disorders, cognitive disorders and other neurological disorders
No drug addiction
Exclusion Criteria
Participant's unwillingness to continue cooperation
Having an acute physical or mental problem during the study
Participating in a similar training program during the study
Absence of more than one session in training sessions
