Inclusion Criteria

  • •\- young, human volunteers (7 males, and 7 females)
  • •\- age between (18\-35 years)
  • •\- students within the school of pharmacy AHFAD University for women and University of Khartoum.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •exclusion criteria are:
  • •¿ Participants with chronic medical condition
  • •¿Participants taking regular medications
  • •¿Pregnant and breast feeding women
  • •¿Participants with current dermatological conditions such as acne, eczema and psoriasis
  • •¿Age below 18 years old or over 35 years old.
