- •american society of anesthesiologist grade 1 and 2
排除标准
- •1. Allergy to study drug
- •2. Reduced systolic function with Ejection fraction <60 and diastolic dysfunction of more than
- •grade one and valvular heart disease
- •3. Pregnancy as disclosed by the patient,
- •4. History of psychosis,
- •5. Raised liver enzymes more than 3 times the normal value,
- •6. Symptoms of raised intracranial pressure(head ache and projectile vomiting),
- •7. History of seizures,
- •8. chronic renal failure defined as Serum creatinine >2,
- •9. History of bronchial asthma.
- •10. Breast surgeries other than unilateral MRM
- •11. Patients with chronic pain (duration >6 months)
