Inclusion Criteria
american society of anesthesiologist grade 1 and 2
Exclusion Criteria
1. Allergy to study drug
2. Reduced systolic function with Ejection fraction <60 and diastolic dysfunction of more than
grade one and valvular heart disease
3. Pregnancy as disclosed by the patient,
4. History of psychosis,
5. Raised liver enzymes more than 3 times the normal value,
6. Symptoms of raised intracranial pressure(head ache and projectile vomiting),
7. History of seizures,
8. chronic renal failure defined as Serum creatinine >2,
9. History of bronchial asthma.
10. Breast surgeries other than unilateral MRM
11. Patients with chronic pain (duration >6 months)
