- •ST-elevation myocardial infarction, which will be treated by primary PCI
- •Chest pain of less then 12 hours duration
- •Are the trial subjects under 18? no
- •Number of subjects for this age range:
- •F.1.2 Adults (18-64 years) yes
- •F.1.2.1 Number of subjects for this age range
- •F.1.3 Elderly (>=65 years) yes
- •F.1.3.1 Number of subjects for this age range
排除标准
- •Left bundle branch block
- •Previous MI
- •Fibrinolytic treatment in the previous 30 days
- •Prior coronary artery bypass grafting surgery
- •Left main stenosis, requiring coronary artery bypass grafting surgery
- •Severe heart failure, as witnessedby any of the folowing: need for mechinal ventilation, need for an intra-aortic balloon bup or Impella, or the need of high dosage of catechomalines
- •Use of glibenclamide
- •Kidney failure
- •A contraindication for MRI
