- •Age of 18 to 50 years
- •Chronic periodontitis with a minimum depth of 5 mm in at least 2 teeth
- •The plaque index less than or equal to 30%
- •Having at least 15 teeth
排除标准
- •A history of antibiotic use in the last 6 months
- •A history of periodontal surgery
- •A history of digestive or respiratory diseases
- •Oral Fungal Infections
- •Oral lesions, tonsillitis, and adenoid enlargement
