Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Female patients of age group between 18 yrs to 45yrs (menopause).
  • •2\. Hemoglobin % above 10 gm%.
  • •3\. Adenomyosis, Endometriosis.
  • •4\. Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\)Bleeding due to all type of Abortion and MTP.
  • •2\) Patients with systemic disorders like Thyroid dysfunction, Diabetes mellitus.
  • •3\) Patient using IUCD, OC pills.
  • •4\)Malignancy.
  • •5\)Dysmenorrhoea.
  • •6\)Fibroids.
