(1) Aged 30 to 80 years;
(2) The first occurrence of cerebral hemorrhage;
(3) The first cerebral infarction;
(4) Diagnosis is in line with the diagnosis points of various cerebrovascular diseases adopted by the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases in 1995.
(5) confirmed by head CT or MRI;
(6) Course of disease: 2 weeks = the time of onset = 1 year, there is limb motor dysfunction;
(7) Brunnstrom grading from stage 1 to stage 5 of the affected limb;
(9) The patient signing or signing an informed consent form by his immediate family member;
(10) All the above inclusion criteria must be met before being enrolled.
(1) Unconsciousness, MMSE scale evaluation suggests dementia, combined with sensory aphasia or mental disorders, hospitalization patients who cannot cooperate with examination and treatment.
(2) Patients with severe primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system.
(3) Previous cognitive impairment, neuropsychiatric history, drug abuse and alcohol abuse history.
(4) Stroke patients with important organ failure or critical illness, and cancers that affect the quality of life of patients beyond the disease or state of limb dysfunction after stroke.
(5) The patient has received formal Chinese medicine rehabilitation or modern rehabilitation treatment before the clinical trial.
(6) Can not complete the basic course of treatment, the compliance may be bad (that is, can not adhere to treatment) and difficult to follow
