Inclusion Criteria

  • Type 2 diabetes

Exclusion Criteria

  • Current regular practice of mindfulness
  • Recent history of severe psychopathology
  • Insufficient reading or comprehension skills or incapable of signing the informed consent
  • A K10 score \> 30
