Inclusion Criteria
- •Criteria for the selection of the patients will be chiefly based on the criteria suggested
- •Known cases of hypertension.
- •Patients between the age 20-70 years
- •Willing to participate in the study and informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •• Patients suffering from hypertension along with I.H.D., C.H.D., C.A.D., coarctation of aorta • Renal failure • Endocrine diseases • Hypertension with cerebral complications e.g. hypertensive encephalopathy, cerebral haemorrhage, convulsive seizure • Malignant hypertension etc.
Outcomes
Primary Outcomes
1. Routine haematological investigation such as Hb TC DC ESR .
Time Frame: 4 weeks
2. Biochemical tests like blood urea serum creatinine serum cholesterol triglyceride HDL and fasting blood sugar and post prandial blood sugar.
Time Frame: 4 weeks
3. Microscopic and routine examination of urine
Time Frame: 4 weeks
4. Microscopic and routine examination of stool.
Time Frame: 4 weeks
5. ECG and X-ray chest wherever required.
Time Frame: 4 weeks
Secondary Outcomes
- For the assessment of the therapy, The following scoring pattern will be followed.(1 MONTH)
