Inclusion Criteria
1.Term gestation > 37 weeks
2.Elective Caesarean Section
3.Age > 18 to 40 years
4.Weight 50 to 110 kg
5.Singleton pregnancy
6.Height 150- 180 cms
7.ASA I and II
Exclusion Criteria
1.Absolute contraindication to neuraxial anaesthesia
2.ASA III and IV
3.PIH
4.Cardiorespiratory problems
5.Gestation or pre-existing Diabetes
6.Weight <50 kg or > 110 kg
7.Height <150 cms and > 180 cms
8.IUGR and Fetal abnormalities
9.Patient not willing to participate in the study

Name Time Method 1.To determine the incidence of maternal hypotension in Height adjusted and height and weight adjusted dosing regimensTimepoint: Baseline and every 5 minutes upto 90 minutes after giving spinal anaesthesia with bupivacaine

Name Time Method 1. Time taken to attain sensory level upto T6 in both group <br/ ><br>2. Time taken to attain complete motor block( Modified bromage scale 1) <br/ ><br>in both group <br/ ><br>3. Dose of Ephedrine needed in both group. <br/ ><br>4. Incidence of complication in both group. <br/ ><br>5. Neonatal APGAR Score at 1 and 5 min. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 2 hours
