Brief Summary

This study aims to find out the effect of Anjana as Dinacharya by using Pippalyadi Varti Anjana in Prathama Patalagata Timira (Myopia). 30 individuals diagnosed with myopia will be selected from OPD and IPD of Alvas Ayurveda Medical College, Alvas Educational Campus, camps and other referrals. The assessment will be done using the scoring methods of subjective and objective parameters.

pre and post assessment will be done.

Clinical symptoms will be graded, and scores will be given accordingly.

Inclusion Criteria

Patients with diminished visual acuity between the age 15 to 35.

Exclusion Criteria

Anjana Anarha Patients with history of ocular trauma and surgery Patients with other ocular pathologies.

The effect of Anjana as Dinacharya in Myopia will be assessed on the basis of subjective criteria like asthenopic symptoms- headache, eyestrain and objective criteria using Visual Acuity test by Snellens Distant Vision Chart.Pre and post assessment will be done.Assessment will be done before the study then on 16th and 31st day then follow up on 44th and 58th day
