Inclusion Criteria

Inclusion criteria
Patients admitted to the ICU with consciousness 14 to 15; Willingness and consent to participate in the study; Patients with at least 12 hours of hospitalization in the ICU before; Patients older than 18 years and less than 70 years old; Patients who do not complete isolation; Not having underlying diseases like kidney disease, liver trauma and lung disease; Patients who are intubated.

Exclusion criteria
History of hospitalization in the icu; In a study that simultaneously interfere with our study; Cancellation proceeding; Meeting of patients in regular hours time limit specified in the study despite hours of study controlled for the purposes of the study;Patients who are treated with sedative drugs; Patients who have a hearing problem.
Patients who have drug addiction.
Patients who have mental health problems.
Patients who are incommunicado.
