1. All children with post septic dislocation of the hip joint
2. All cases in which Capital femoral epiphysis is present
3. Minimum of five years of follow up after the primary intervention
1. All cases with absent or resorbed femoral head and neck
2. All cases with syndromic hip joint dislocations
3. All post septic sequelae cases without hip joint dislocation
4. All cases with Developmental dysplasia of the hip
5. Cases with inadequate follow up
6. Cases which are lost to follow up
7. FOLLOW UP PERIOD LESS THAN 5 YEARS
8. TUBERCULOSIS INFECTION OF THE HIP JOINT

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Clinical outcome include improved pain, limp, range of motion and deformity at the hip joint. Radiological outcome include development of congruous stable hip jointTimepoint: 5 years of follow up after the primary intervention
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Clinically improvement of the limb length discrepancy, trendelenburg gait, functional ability like walking for long distances, climbing stairs & squatting. Radiological parameters like neck shaft angle, sphericity of femoral head & acetabular cavity, acetabular index, tear drop development. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 5 years of follow up after the primary intervention
