Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Subjects were included if they were :
- •1\) older adults (aged over 60\); 2\) without any musculoskeletal pain and injury; 3\) free from injuries that affect their stair activity or balance; and 4\) able to stair walk without the use of a hand rail.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Subjects were excluded if they were :
- •1\) any other recent (six months) or current spinal or lower extremity pathology; 2\) severe osteoporosis; 3\) a history of vestibular disease; and 4\) a history of stroke
