- To compare the satisfaction rate by substance abusers and staff of residential detox centers for using video consultation versus face-to-face consultation;

- •Hong Kong Chinese residents;
- •needed to receive psychiatric treatment;
- •aged 18-65 years;
- •Able to give written consent and speak and read Chinese language.
排除标准
- •Patient will be excluded if they are documented to have mentally retarded or having visual, hearing and communication difficulties.
