GROUP - A
1.Study participants in the age group
20-40 yrs of either sex will be included
in the study.
2.Subjects willing to participate and
able to give written informed consent.
3.Subjects who’s Global PSQI score 0-
1 (Having no sleeping difficulty)
4. Subjects having Samyak Nidra
(Proper and timely sleep)
5. Persons not suffering from any
severe psychological stress , anxiety,
depression, mood swings etc
6. Subjects performing Office work
(DEO, STAFF, PG and PhD Scholars
etc) having working hours: 6-10 hours
during Day , Homemakers, students etc
GROUP – B & C
1.Study participants in the age group
20-40 yrs of either sex will be
included in the study.
2.Subjects willing to participate and
able to give written informed consent.
3.Subjects who’s Global PSQI score
between 2 to 14 (mild to moderate
sleeping difficulty)
4. Subjects having Asamyak Nidra
(sleep disturbances): Akala- nidra,
Ati-nidra, Alpa-nidra
5. Persons not suffering from any
severe psychological stress , anxiety,
depression, mood swings etc
6. Subjects of the following
professions will be included:
• performing Office work (DEO,
STAFF, PG and PhD Scholars etc)
having working hours: 6-10 hours
during Day
• Students of the mentioned age
group
• Homemakers
GROUP - A
1. Patients with a major psychiatric
illnesses like schizophrenia,
depressive psychosis, etc.
2. Patients having a chronic illnesses
like bronchial asthma,
malignancies, liver diseases,
chronic renal diseases will be
excluded from the study.
3. Patients with alcohol dependency
or drug dependency
4. Patients with any systemic or
metabolic disorder
5. That on hypnotic medicine or
other drugs which known to cause
drowsiness.
6. Patients suffering from any
chronic or acute skin disease
7. Individuals undergoing in
dermatological or cosmetic
procedure/medication/supplements
8. Pregnant females, lactating
mothers, perimenopausal and
menopausal women
9. People working in industries
leading to occupational air
pollution
10. People working in industries
leading to occupational air
pollution
GROUP – B & C
1. Patients with a major psychiatric
