入选标准
- •All laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients at Songklanagarind Hospital
排除标准
- •1. Patients with current complicated gallstones: acute cholecystitis, symptomatic choledocholithiasis,
- •intrahepatic duct stones, or acute gallstone pancreatitis, patients had history above can be enrollment if they completed recovery from conditions and clinical no symptoms.
- •2. History of cephalosporin or beta-lactam allergy, sensitivity, or anaphylaxis
- •3. History of antibiotic use within 7 days before laparoscopic cholecystectomy
- •4. History of biliary tract surgery, or prosthetic heart valve
- •5. Other infections such as urinary tract infection
- •6. Emergency cholecystectomy
- •7. Pediatric patient (age under 14 years old)
- •8. Single port procedure
