The sample size will be calculated using G\*Power 3\.1\.9\.7, and referring to the effect size of the study by Hwang Sun\-young and Choi Hee\-seung\[20], considering a significance level (?\=.05\), effect size (f\=0\.25\), test power (1\-ß\=.95\), number of groups 2, number of repeated measurements 3 times, and maintaining a medium effect size of 0\.5 in correlation analysis between points, a minimum of 44 participants in total is required, necessitating 22 participants per group. Considering the data collection period and the dropout rate due to the resignation of new nurses, 60 people will be recruited. Numbers will be assigned in order to the list of new nurses who wished to participate in this study, and two groups will be randomly assigned using the online service provided by the Social Psychology Network's research randomizer (www.randomizer.org). Focus group interviews will be conducted with 10 people who wish to participate from the experimental group.
