入选标准

  • Men, women and diverse gender with hip and/or knee OA
  • Medically diagnosed OA (according to ICD-10: M15 – polyarthrosis, M16 – coxarthrosis and/or M17 gonarthrosis)
  • Based on the criteria of the American College of Rheumatology” (ACR) for idiopathic OA of the knee (Altman et al., 1986) or the hip (Altman et al., 1991)
  • Signed informed consent
  • Sufficient skills in German
  • Participants received at least one prescription for physiotherapy with regard to their OA related symptoms
  • Participants own a digital device (PC, laptop, mobile phone, tablet)
  • Internet access
  • Half of the participants has experiences with digital tools in health care, the other half of the participants doesn’t have experiences with digital tools in health care
  • Physiotherapists:
  • Men, women and divers gender
  • Signed informed consent
  • Sufficient skills in German
  • Completed apprenticeship or university degree in physiotherapy
  • Physiotherapists who work in an outpatient setting
  • Physiotherapists who treat patients with hip and/or knee OA on average four times a week
  • Physiotherapists who have five years of experience in the field of physiotherapy of people with hip and/or knee OA
  • Participants own a digital device (PC, laptop, mobile phone, tablet)
  • Internet access
  • Half of the participants has experiences with digital tools in health care, the other half of the participants doesn’t have experiences with digital tools in health care
  • Focus groups:
  • Men, women and diverse gender
  • Experts who have already five years of professional experiences in their field
  • Physician and physiotherapist (practice owner) work in an outpatient setting
  • Participants own a digital device (PC, laptop, mobile phone, tablet)
  • Internet access
  • Signed informed consent
  • Sufficient skills in German

排除标准

  • Insufficient comprehension of German or lack of ability to express in German
  • Last session of physiotherapy is more than six months ago
  • Presence of the following comorbidities:
  • o Cognitive impairment, e.g. dementia
  • o Serious psychological disease, e.g. severe depression
  • o Unstable health condition, e.g. dialysis, acute trauma
  • Presence of relevant, current comorbidities which considerably restrict the state of health:
  • o Neurological disease, e.g. multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, condition after stroke
  • o Rheumatic disease, e.g. rheumatism, fibromyalgia
  • o Heart disease, e.g. heart attack
  • Physiotherapists:
  • Insufficient comprehension of German or lack of ability to express in German
  • Focus groups:
  • Insufficient comprehension of German or lack of ability to express in German
