- •Indication for elective laparoscopic or conventional liver resection (minor and major resections)
- •\- ASA I\-III
排除标准
- •\- Preoperative transfusion of thrombocyte concentrates within the last 4 weeks
- •\- Basic haematological disease of bone marrow or of thrombocytes (leukemia, lymphoma, MDS, polycytaemia vera, thrombocythemia, thalassemia, etc.)
- •\- Known congenital coagulation disorder (protein C/S\-deficiency, APC resistance, factor V\-Leiden, vWJ syndrome, etc.)
- •\- Hypersplenism
- •\- Haemodialysis
- •\- Cirrhosis of the liver CHILD B or C
- •\- Heart failure \>NYHA II
- •\- Pregnancy
- •\- Breastfeeding
