Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Written consent from parents or guardians
- •2Children between 5\-18 years age
- •3\.Evidence of filarial diseases like ADL, lymphedema and hydrocele.
- •4\.History of filarial diseases.
- •5\.Evidence of infection i.e. Mf positive or CFA positive or antibody positive for W.bancrofti.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Any systemic disease including cardio vascular or respiratory abnormality.
- •2\.Abnormal liver and kidney function test.
- •3\.Peripheral vascular diseases.
- •4\.History of drug allergy to DEC.
- •5\.H/O taking anti filarials in last one year
