入选标准
- •1. Written consent from parents or guardians
- •2Children between 5-18 years age
- •3.Evidence of filarial diseases like ADL, lymphedema and hydrocele.
- •4.History of filarial diseases.
- •5.Evidence of infection i.e. Mf positive or CFA positive or antibody positive for W.bancrofti.
排除标准
- •1.Any systemic disease including cardio vascular or respiratory abnormality.
- •2.Abnormal liver and kidney function test.
- •3.Peripheral vascular diseases.
- •4.History of drug allergy to DEC.
- •5.H/O taking anti filarials in last one year
