Inclusion Criteria
1. Written consent from parents or guardians
2Children between 5-18 years age
3.Evidence of filarial diseases like ADL, lymphedema and hydrocele.
4.History of filarial diseases.
5.Evidence of infection i.e. Mf positive or CFA positive or antibody positive for W.bancrofti.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Any systemic disease including cardio vascular or respiratory abnormality.
2.Abnormal liver and kidney function test.
3.Peripheral vascular diseases.
4.History of drug allergy to DEC.
5.H/O taking anti filarials in last one year
