Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Informal carers of deceased oncology patients, their GP, district nurse and case manager
- •Informal carers of deceased oncology patients who have received case management (contrast group: informal carers of patients who have received palliative care from their GP)
- •Able to understand their participation and able to give informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients who's death was unexpected and/of sudden
- •Patients who received curative care at time of death
- •Informal carers unable to communicate in the Dutch language
