Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Socially vulnerable women undergoing treatment at the Terra Vermelha Health Unit; aged between 18 and 55 years; who attend the Terra Vermelha Health Unit in the municipality of Vila Velha \- ES
Exclusion Criteria
- •Socially vulnerable women undergoing treatment at the Terra Vermelha Health Unit in the municipality of Vila Velha \- ES, who have physical limitations that prevent them from carrying out the activities proposed by the workshop and refuse to do so
