We confirmed that PM2.5 was one of the factors that can exacerbate chronic spontaneous urticaria especially at a high level above 125 mg/m3. There was no significant association between acute urticaria and PM 2.5 level.

- •1. Patients diagnosed with acute urticaria or chronic spontaneous urticaria at dermatology clinic, Phramongkutklao hospital from July1st, 2018 to December 31st, 2019
- •2. Currently live in Bangkok during that time period
排除标准
- •1)living outside Bangkok
- •2) diagnosed with chronic urticaria due to other causes such as autoimmune diaseases
