Inclusion Criteria
Preterm infant Less than 34weeks of gestation and on at least 60-80ml/kg of enteral feeds
Healthy Term neonates on exclusive Breast feeding
Exclusion Criteria
Infants receiving antibiotics for more than 3 days
Preterm Infants not initiated/tolerated enteral feeding in first week of life
Neonate undergoing gastrointestinal tract surgeries
