Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1. Diagnosed hypertension patients.
- •2. K/c/o hypertension with or without antihypertensive drugs. (With or without symptoms).
- •3. Patients with: Stage 1 hypertension SBP (140-159)/DBP (90-99) mm of Hg
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. Acute haemorrhagic condition, Acute septic shock
- •2. K/c/o hypertension history more than 12 years.
- •3. Hypertensive emergency i.e. blood pressure more than 180/120mm of Hg.
- •4. Secondary hypertension.
- •5. Pregnancy-induced hypertension.
- •6. Pregnant and lactating women.
