入选标准
- •i) Age between 18-70 years
- •ii)Patient giving consent
- •iii)Incision length more than 10 cm and less than 25 cm.
排除标准
- •Concomitant midline incisional hernia.
- •ii) Pregnant women
- •iii) Patient on oral steroid therapy (corticosteroids) more than 2 weeks prior to surgery.
- •iv) Prior midline abdominal incision.
- •v) Chemotherapy within last 2 weeks before surgery
- •vi) Radiotherapy of abdomen 8 weeks before surgery
