简要总结
This study titled Exploratory Study to Evaluate the Association of Dermatoglyphic Patterns and Occurrence of Arsha is an observational analytical prospective case control study designed to investigate the relationship between fingerprint patterns and the occurrence of Arsha hemorrhoids Dermatoglyphic patterns are genetically determined and remain constant throughout life therefore they may indicate genetic susceptibility to certain diseases The study will include 90 participants aged 20 to 60 years with 45 patients diagnosed with Arsha as the case group and 45 healthy individuals as the control group Fingerprints of all ten digits will be collected and analyzed for patterns such as loops whorls and arches and the findings will be compared between both groups The study will be conducted at Khemdas Hospital PIAR Parul Institute of Ayurved and Research following AYUSH Good Clinical Practice guidelines with informed consent from all participants The study aims to identify possible dermatoglyphic patterns associated with Arsha which may help in understanding genetic predisposition and early risk identification
