入选标准
- •1. ASA physical status I-II of both sexes.
- •2. Age between 18 to 80 years.
- •3. BMI >= 20 to <= 35 kg. m-2.
- •4. Scheduled for unilateral uncomplicated inguinal hernia surgery.
排除标准
- •1. Patient refusal for the study
- •2. Patients having history of substance abuse
- •3. Contraindication to spinal anaesthesia
- •4. Contraindication or allergy to local anaesthetics and tramadol
- •5. Pregnant and lactating women
- •6. Inability to understand functioning of PCA pump and VAS (visual analogue scale).
- •7. Infection at local surgical site.
