Name Time Method One-time computer-based assessment of cognitive performance at noon, after 4 hours of drinking motivation/school start. Parameters: alertness, working memory updating, inhibitory control, spatial-visual memory
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Questionaire regarding eating and sleeping habits and physical activity (answered by parents before intervention startet); assessment of physical performance with a standardized motoric test (single testing of hole classes during the study period) and physical activity within 24h using accelerometer (measurment startet one day before intervention day until the beginning of cognitional assessment); hydrationstatus using urine color chart (single assessment on intervention day before cognitional testing started)
