- •Experiencing food cravings
- •Being overweight or obese \- have a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 25 or greater
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) eating disorder
- •2\) psychotropic medication
- •3\) Diabetes
- •4\) Pregnant
