Inclusion Criteria

Women with perimenopausal symptoms between the age of 40 to 60. Women who have at least some of these perimenopausal symptoms such as

irregular periods, hot flashes or flushes, lower sexual drive, vaginal dryness,

involuntary urination, insomnia, night sweats, feeling tired or worn out.Women who have been suffering from perimenopausal symptoms only recently

(six months to one year of time period )Participants who are interested and willing to participate in the study.

Able to perform yogic practices.

Exclusion Criteria

Participants suffering with chronic lifestyle disorders like Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension will be excluded.Those that have undergone any recent surgery. Women with surgical menopause and receiving any kind of hormonal therapy.

4.women who had any active psychological disorders or any other medical disorders.
