1) Individuals with a primary complaint of neck pain between the age of 20-45â??years
2) Pain duration more than 3-6 months
3) VAS scoring between 4-8 is considered
4) Both males and females
5) >= 25 rating in the Neck Disability Index
6) Presence of kinesiophobia only in patients who are susceptible
1) History of recent significant trauma
2) Acute onset of cervicogenic headache
3) Previous cervical or thoracic spine surgery
4) Pregnancy
5) Neck pain associated with cervical radiculopathy, whiplash injuries (within 6 weeks of treatment), cervical spine fracture, or vertebrobasilar insufficiency.
6) Acute inflammation/ infection
7) Myelopathy, fibromyalgia syndrome, or having cervical stenosis
8) Patients with psychiatric illnesses/ Patients with neurological or cognitive impairment.
