Inclusion Criteria
Adolescents who have experienced non-suicidal self-harm and are receiving treatment at a mental health institution
- Youth aged 12 to 18 years old
- Adolescents who wish to participate in this study and have received parental consent
Exclusion Criteria
- Adolescents who show acute psychotic symptoms or are at risk of harming others or themselves
- Adolescents with a specific diagnosis (autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disability, etc.)
- Adolescents participating in other psychological programs within the study period
