Inclusion Criteria

1.Body mass index is 18.5 - 22.9 kg/m2
2.Normal ROM of knee extension
3.Normal communication in Thai language

Exclusion Criteria

-MMSE is lesser than cut point
-MIQ-R is lesser than 20
-Neurological and orthopedics problems
-DM and HT
-Smoking and drinking alcohol
-Pregnancy
