Inclusion Criteria
Four or more episodes of true tonsillitis a year, symptoms for at least a year, and episodes that are disabling and prevent normal functioning
Exclusion Criteria
A case of Tonsillar cyst, tonsilloliths, obstructive sleep apnoea, quinsy, acute rheumatic fever, otitis media, Glomerulonephritis and Parapharyngeal abscess.Children aged more than 15years of age and less than 5 years of age.
