Inclusion Criteria

  • Patients who meet the clinical diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis recommended by the American College of rheumatology:
  • (1) Knee pain on most days in the past month;
  • (2) Bouncing sound during joint movement;
  • (3) Knee stiffness < 30 minutes;
  • (4) Age > 38;
  • (5) Knee joint bone fat with bouncing sound;
  • (6) Bone fat without bouncing.
  • Knee osteoarthritis can be diagnosed when the patient has (1) pain, accompanied by (2), (3), (4), (2), (3), (5) or (6).

Exclusion Criteria

  • (1) Unable to cooperate with the assessment;
  • (2) Allergic to the drugs used;
  • (3) Emergency treatment is needed in case of emergency;
  • (4) Age = 38 years;
  • (5) Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency;
  • (6) Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency.
