Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients who meet the clinical diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis recommended by the American College of rheumatology:
- •(1) Knee pain on most days in the past month;
- •(2) Bouncing sound during joint movement;
- •(3) Knee stiffness < 30 minutes;
- •(4) Age > 38;
- •(5) Knee joint bone fat with bouncing sound;
- •(6) Bone fat without bouncing.
- •Knee osteoarthritis can be diagnosed when the patient has (1) pain, accompanied by (2), (3), (4), (2), (3), (5) or (6).
Exclusion Criteria
- •(1) Unable to cooperate with the assessment;
- •(2) Allergic to the drugs used;
- •(3) Emergency treatment is needed in case of emergency;
- •(4) Age = 38 years;
- •(5) Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency;
- •(6) Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency.
