The word Shwas means " difficulty in breathing" normally Shwas word represent to Tamak Shwas described in Ayurvedic text. Bronchial Asthma mentioned in modern medicine closely resembles with Tmak Shwas, is a major chronic airway disorder. In this clinical trial, we evaluate the effectiveness of Tamak Shwas har leh (Rasna, Pippli, Maricha, Haridra, Manjistha, Guda, Tila Taila) and role of Anulom- Vilom Pranayam in childhood asthma.

入选标准
- •Cardinal features of childhood asthma
- •History of at least 3 attacks in last year.
排除标准
- •Age less than 5 year and greater than 10 year
- •More than four short cases of oral corticosteriod with in the year preceding the screening visit
- •Shwas rog associated with complication i.e. Pneumothorax, Pnemonia.
